Qualifications

Successful candidates will have: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, businessadministration or other related field required Three (3)+ years of experience in campus recruiting within a professional services firm preferred, will consider an individual with assurance, tax or consulting experience looking to make a career change Ability to attract and retain talent, proven relationship-building skills, and strong leadership qualities to drive collaboration, influence, and change in a matrix environment Ability to work well in a fast-paced and team-orientedenvironment, while maintaining excellent written/verbal communication andexceptional customer service skills Travel during peak recruiting season expected to be at25-50% Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Additional Information

For California, Colorado, New York and Washington: The compensation range for this role is $64,670 to $137,090. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location. #LI-AT1 #LI-Remote
