Job Description

Job Summary - Customer Operations Support Coordinator

Primary focus of the position is to support all customer operations needs as well as office management functions. A portion of the position will be to greet customers, visitors and applicants. It will also include receiving incoming calls on switchboard and relaying calls and/or messages to the appropriate party.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Customer Service Department by handling various tasks, including processing customer requests, and recording customer complaints.
  • Create and maintain administrative tasks.
  • Contribute to special projects, such as creating PowerPoint presentations, editing of spreadsheets and preparing documents for meetings.
  • Manage office operations, including handling phone calls, greeting visitors, and arranging services.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint preferred.
Education & Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge in all Microsoft office systems, Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point.
  • Previous two years' experience in office, customer service or related field is preferred.
  • Requires the ability to communicate and interact well with people at all levels, not limited to our Corporate Office and internal/external customers.

Environmental Conditions

This is an office environment that is connected to a manufacturing work environment. Color dust particles may be present in the air or throughout the facility. Allergens may be present in the air.
