Manage checking, testing, and commissioning on all systems and equipment to ensure they work as expected, e.g., chiller, CRAC unit.

Monitor activities and services related to facilities, data center network, and customer support within the data center to ensure compliance with service standards.

Ensure contractors’ proposals align with confirmed tendering, including drawings and equipment.

Verify, justify, and make decisions on maintenance tasks, such as setting up and managing rules for facility/equipment daily operations, carried out by staff and contractors to achieve optimal outcomes.

Monitor the daily maintenance schedule to ensure all tasks are on track and completed within the target timeline.

Requirements
