Responsible for the delivery of workplace & engineering services to the highest standard resulting in safe, code-compliant, functional, comfortable, energy-efficient, and attractive facilities and site infrastructure. The role is responsible for: Managing self-performance services and vendor performed contract services. Providing monthly updates and status projections. Preparation, collation, and submission of related engineering, facilities, and project reports as per required frequency. Establishing a “Safety First” culture across sites, and improving safety performance by championing awareness and changing staff and partner safety behaviours. Providing support to internal stakeholders as required to ensure delivery and achievement of high service standards. Ensuring vendor partners meet all EHS, SLA, KPI, Satisfaction Surveys, Contracts, and Scope of Work (SOW) requirements. Timely escalation to the Manager in the event of any escalations impacting KPI/SLA and other deliverables. Serving as the liaison for all facilities services, including but not limited to janitorial, landscape, shared compound, security, waste management, space planning, and project development services. Ensuring compliance by renewing all related government and statutory licenses. Reviewing maintenance/service practices of hard and soft services vendors to deliver quality work practices in line with manufacturer recommendations, established processes, tools, and documentation. Ensuring all safety, environmental, and client standards are strictly adhered to within managed facilities. Supporting and promoting sustainability initiatives by proposing & participating in recycling, energy, waste reduction, sustainability programs. Being the key point of contact for corporate events in the office, liaising and working with stakeholders for the planning and conduct of events and functions. Supporting and conducting Fire Certification & testing, Table Top Exercise, Fire Drills, Building Annual Shutdown, and other regulatory requirements. Project managing improvement or renovation work in office and retail shop. Procurement & Vendor Management. Carrying out any task assigned by management. Qualifications Appropriate qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Telecommunications, or Facilities Management with at least 2 years of work experience in facilities area, particularly in an Activity Based Workplace environment. Candidates with 2 to 3 years of working experience in supporting facilities operations & maintenance in the Activity Based Workplace environment are preferred. Fresh Diploma graduates with a positive attitude and willingness to work in a start-up environment are welcome to apply. Good understanding and hands-on servicing experience in all facilities systems and building maintenance. Willingness to work during non-office hours to manage and coordinate major data centre related customers’ activities. Basic networking, broadband access, and structured cabling is a plus. Computer literate with knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, AutoCAD. Able to manage and supervise contractors; hands-on experience in provisioning and configuration of network elements, switches, CPE, and services will be an added advantage. Self-motivated with strong drive and the willingness to take on challenges. Good written and oral communications skills, with the ability to interact with people at all levels, especially with end customers. Good working attitude with minimum supervision and ability to perform under pressure. Possess initiative and professionalism with the ability to multitask. A service-oriented manner is essential.
