We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing to build our marketing function. The successful candidate will be part of the senior management team and will be instrumental in developing the company's marketing strategy from scratch. This will include branding, product development & product launch, as well as the production of all related marketing tools and materials (from web sites to brochures and company literature).
The role would best suit someone with experience within the tech-sector (or advanced engineering) with experience of working in a start-up and developing marketing strategies & campaigns for product launches. This experience will ideally have been international.
The role comes with a salary of £90 to £120K dependent on what you can bring to the role and your proven relevant experience
Duties:- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to meet company objectives- Develop company and product branding- Oversee all marketing campaigns, from concept development to execution- Analyse market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth- Manage the company's online presence, including website content, social media, and email marketing- Utilise tools such as Excel, Google Ads, WordPress, and SEO to optimise marketing efforts- Coordinate with external agencies for advertising and PR activities- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools- Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met
Experience:- Proven experience in a senior marketing role within the tech-sector- Strong product branding and product development experience- Proficiency in copywriting for various platforms and audiences- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite for design purposes- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments
