As a key leader within Pop-Up Talent, the Head of Project Oversight will be responsible for the organization, management, and strategic planning of intricate projects related to research, development, and product deployment initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervise a team of project managers and analysts to guarantee timely and specification-compliant project completion.
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their expertise, experience, and project timelines.
  • Perform cost evaluations, estimating project expenses, and develop and manage budgets effectively.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments; communicate identified risks to senior management; provide strategic recommendations for risk mitigation, including project termination if necessary.
  • Establish and nurture relationships, acting as a liaison among the organization, clients, and suppliers.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to deliver necessary training and information to promote and market new projects, programs, and systems.
  • Ensure adherence to federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and organizational regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Demonstrated supervisory and leadership capabilities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal and customer service abilities, organizational skills with a keen attention to detail, and the capacity to meet deadlines.
  • Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Comprehensive understanding of or the capacity to rapidly acquire knowledge about the projects or products being developed.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Construction, Business, or Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years in team leadership, with a cumulative total of over 15 years in Project Management, including experience in the industrial commercial construction sector.
  • Current PMP certification is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
