A day in the life

You will be responsible for the following:

* Management of a fluid portfolio of balances at various stages of delinquency * Direct contact with clients via phone and or email * Fact finding in order to surface, identify, and drive issues toward resolution * Working with a variety of teammates and stakeholders throughout the organization to resolve complex issues impeding payment * Collaborating with teammates to continually refine and improve processes and procedures * Providing a superior level of service to all clients (internal and external)

Do you have what it takes?

Required Qualifications:

* GED/high school diploma * 2-4 years of relevant work experience * Superior written and verbal communication skills in the context of a professional setting * Fully competent in MS Office programs

Do you stand above the rest?

Preferred Qualifications:

* Familiarity with cloud-based ERPs (Oracle, Salesforce, etc.) * Collections experience with SaaS, particularly in Healthcare Technology sector * Previous experience within a professional service firm * Adaptable and flexible with the ability to accept, create and manage change
