Head of Social Media and Influencer
to spearhead our social and influencer strategy. This role is integral in defining and enhancing our brand's online presence, focusing on Instagram and TikTok. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, strategic insight, and a passion for digital storytelling to drive content innovation, platform engagement, and audience growth.
This role is fully remote and will require quarterly travel to the Dose HQ in Miami, FL.
Content Creation and Strategy Execution
Responsible for developing and implementing the overarching organic social media strategy, guiding content creation, platform engagement, and audience growth initiatives
Develop on-brand, strategy-aligned content that leverages current platform trends, reflecting our brand’s style, voice, and aesthetics, while repurposing existing content libraries for new concepts
Conduct pre-production preparation for video/photo shoots, including sourcing talent, securing locations, content planning, creative direction, and creating storyboards.
Develop detailed post-production briefs for in-house video editors to bring videos to life
Regularly create engaging and unique content for Instagram and TikTok that fosters audience interaction, increases company site presence, and promotes participation
Collaborate with the paid media team to maximize collaboration opportunities, ensuring a cohesive strategy across paid and organic efforts
Influencer Partnerships:
Develop and implement a comprehensive influencer strategy, conducting ongoing relationship management.
Manage an influencer relationship tracker to keep track of all interactions, ensuring efficient management of partnerships
Oversee the entire outreach process, including email negotiations, contract generation, and creative brief development, to align influencer content with brand goals
Track and manage monthly influencer budget
Performance Analysis and Trend Monitoring
Analyze social media and influencer performance using analytical tools, driving strategy with insights and tracking against KPIs through weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
Requirements
3-5 years in the social media marketing space, brand experience is required
Demonstrated success in growing Instagram and TikTok brand pages, with a strong portfolio showcasing past achievements and strategies implemented.
Managed influencer campaigns from start to finish with proven success in driving results
Experience in utilizing data analytics to inform and drive creative strategies
Comfortable with being in front of the camera
3-5 years of experience in the social media marketing space, preferably with direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands
