The Clinician will utilize varied treatment modalities and be willing to provide services in a variety of community locations including but not limited to the Dunwoody office and/or telehealth platforms. This position is focused on increasing services and access to services for Older Adults in the community. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Conduct psycho-social, intake assessmentsClinical counseling with older adults, caregivers, adults with disabilitiesIndividual, conjoint, family and group psychotherapyDevelop and conduct psycho-educational programsAssist with crisis intervention and emergency assistance (no on-call requirement) Complete documentation and related administrative duties within 36 hours of visit and/or timeframe defined by professional standardsComplete a minimum of 24 encounters or visits/week Complete Credentialing process within first 30 daysWork hours based on client demandTravel to home visits as needed Other duties as assigned RequirementsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
