We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our Seattle Times Media Solutions team. This person will execute a comprehensive business to business marketing plan with the goal of generating leads for the sales staff.

Seattle Times Media Solutions is a full-service marketing agency with deep expertise in the latest digital marketing trends and best practices. We are part of the Northwest's top news source, providing comprehensive advertising and marketing solutions to local and regional businesses.

Work Location: This is a hybrid role requiring about three days per week in the Seattle office. (1000 Denny Way). No travel required.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintains the content calendar for B2B Marketing.
  • Oversees social media channels for Seattle Times Media Solutions.
  • Coordinates virtual and in person events for the STMS team including Lunch and Learn webinars and in person workshops, open houses, and more.
  • Works closely with Marketing, Sales and Agency Services teams requesting creative assets and copy to execute campaigns via Hubspot, 1:1 sales, paid media and more.
  • Coordinates sales and marketing promotions including coordinating creative assets, collateral, email, paid promotion, and more.
  • Researches and assigns leads, at the direction of the Sales Director and managers.
  • Provides administrative support for the ST Media Solutions team as needed.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: One or more years of experience in marketing or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient at the Microsoft suite of products including PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
  • Experience in Hubspot or similar email marketing platform a plus.
Compensation: The full salary range for this position is $49,470 to $56,610, depending on experience and qualifications. This position qualifies for additional at-goal incentive pay in the amount of $250 per month. At-goal incentive pay is guaranteed for the first three months of employment.
