Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Cash Management: Oversee cash flow management, including forecasting, planning, and optimization of working capital. Tax Planning and Compliance: Manage all tax-related activities, including planning, compliance, and reporting. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or CMA certification preferred. Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive accounting experience, including 3-5 years in a supervisory or management role.
