Position Summary
The Accounting Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the Controller with the daily financial and accounting operations of the organization, aiming to improve the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare periodic financial reporting packages for company leadership.
- Provide operational data reports to key stakeholders, highlighting essential financial metrics.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses and projects as needed.
- Assist in preparing information for quarterly and annual financial statements for review by an external CPA firm alongside the Controller.
- Reconcile and analyze monthly inventory reports.
- Investigate and clarify discrepancies between book and physical records.
- Identify financial trends and anomalies.
- Develop and maintain budgets and cash flow forecasts.
- Act as a liaison with banks and lenders.
- Manage communication and execution of equipment financing negotiations.
- Monitor compliance with bank requirements, including necessary reporting and covenants.
- Review and analyze accounting records within QuickBooks.
- Prepare applicable accruals, such as vacation and bonus accruals.
- Prepare and review amortization related to capitalized expenses.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, MIS, or Business Administration is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the manufacturing sector is essential.
- Familiarity with ERP systems; experience with Global Shop is a plus.
- Knowledge of CRM software; experience with MACH is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and QuickBooks.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with teams and communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
- Proven success in a business environment.

Work Environment
