Responsibilities:
+ Responsible for providing administrative support to the Installation departments to ensure excellent service to our current and prospective customers as well as:
+ Respond to customer inquiries and collects appropriate information and pass off to the appropriate person.
+ Process production orders, sales orders and quotes, and other supporting documents in an accurate and timely manner. Monitors orders through the system and sales process as necessary.
+ Communicate, relay and provide important information to customers. Provides updates as requested to support the customer.
+ Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses, inventory requests and other relevant inquiries.
+ Investigate and resolve customer problems with deliveries or production.
+ Estimate date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of own firm's production and delivery schedules.
Qualifications:
+ High School diploma or GED is required
+ 1-2 years of experience in customer service/ administration
+ Computer savvy (Outlook, email, document management. Microsoft suites)
+ Ability to ask good questions and gather information
+ Ability to work in fast paced environment
+ Professional communication over the phone
+ Attention to detail - Ability to enter accurate data
