What You Can Expect
Type – Permanent

Salary – $150k (OTE $225k)

Main Responsibilities as a Business Development Manager
Be proactive, possessing a robust sales background in digital media.
Oversee a vital portfolio of accounts to foster client connections and drive revenue growth within the Beauty/CPG sector.
Continuously monitor and provide precise updates on the sales pipeline, assessing the probability of deal closures on a quarterly basis.
Scout and engage potential brand partnerships actively to aid the Head of Brand Partnerships in meeting growth targets.
Cultivate high-level associations throughout the Beauty/CPG industry, partnering with our brand collaborators to grasp their strategic goals and guarantee the delivery of value to every account.
Experience & Skills Required
Prior experience in overseeing multi-brand enterprise accounts and should exhibit exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
A sharp awareness of market trends within both the media and Beauty/CPG sectors is essential for crafting, executing, and refining a compelling business strategy tailored to the Beauty/CPG domain in the assigned region.
Strong multitasking capabilities, adept negotiation skills, and an unwavering commitment to finalizing transactions are crucial attributes for success in this role.
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in sales and client relations within industries such as media, digital marketing, advertising, or technology.
Demonstrated experience in selling to and managing extensive portfolios of businesses.
Proven track record of expanding accounts and achieving sales objectives.
Established history of cultivating robust client relationships, encompassing both direct brand interactions and collaborations with advertising agencies.
Strategic and consultative sales approach, adept at comprehending customer requirements, devising impactful solutions, setting clear expectations, and closing deals of varying scales.
Comprehensive understanding of the digital media landscape and the competitive dynamics within our operational sphere.
Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
Proficient in IT tools, including fluency in Google Docs, Google Calendar, and Google Sheets.
Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce is advantageous.
