Our client, one of the Engineering Services group, comprised of over 300 degreed employees, provides comprehensive engineering services including analysis and design, detailing, shop and permit drawings, erection drawings and bills of material. Our client is a manufacturer of Pre-fabricated / pre-engineered metal buildings (PEB) , hybrid buildings materials, bridges, platforms, towers and other related steel projects, which are mostly used in construction of warehouse, factories etc. Utilizing the latest MBS, Autodesk, STAAD Pro and Tekla 3D modeling software we are able to provide a complete BIM compatible engineered package for class A structural buildings, pre-engineered metal buildings, hybrid buildings, metal building components, bridges, platforms, towers and other related steel projects.Basic Job FunctionsResponsible for identifying and developing prospective customers and make our Engineering Solutions Sellable.Identify and qualify potential customers to target and build business opportunities by understanding the market (competitive landscape, customer knowledge and customers mapping).Actively participate in relevant trade shows and events where target (direct) customers can be assessed and approached.Provide accurate and reliable regular forecast of business opportunities and business development activities as a tool to refine the right market strategies.Acts as a strong key account manager and help set the delivery team to deliver the solutions.Works closely with the management and marketing/sales teams to ensure product offerings are matching the market needs.Generate leads and ensure lead management and prioritization, together with the marketing team.Ready to travel across the country to meet the customers.Desired ProfilePossess strong cognitive abilities, the ability to learn and adapt quickly and are able to lead complex sales processes with high level technical discussions and requirements.Have a good understanding of Construction Industry specifically in Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings, Structural Buildings and pertaining software's like MBS, Autodesk, STAAD Pro and Tekla 3D modeling.Strong business acumen, possess excellent communication and presentation skills and an ability to forecast efficiently and accurately.Entrepreneurial, self-driven and highly motivated by detecting and building business who can work with a high degree of independence and autonomy.Qualifications Education & ExperienceGraduate in Civil/Mechanical Engineering.Around 10 Years of experience in Engineering Services Industry preferably in Metallic Buildings Why is This a Great OpportunityOur client is a 44 years old engineering company with a $350 million turnover, is a profit-making listed organization.
