We have a new opportunity for a full-time FINANCE COORDINATOR

Basic Qualifications

Education/Training/Certifications:

Associate's degree in accounting or equivalent with an emphasis in business curriculum preferred.

Skill(s): Intermediate EXCEL. Effective use of complex, automated, integrated accounting and administrative software. Effective use of the Internet.

Familiar with managing accounts payable, general ledger accounts and basic financial statements. Excellent oral and verbal communication. Confidential.

Self-assured; Self-motivated; Works quickly.

Able to do independent research of accounting transactions.

Pleasant, team-spirited telephone and interpersonal relations.

Experience: One to three years of experience in related positions preferred.

General Responsibilities

Responsible for assisting in the processing of LSMNJ accounts payable, credit cards, subsidiary billing and other related finance duties; reporting pertinent information to the immediate supervisor; responding to inquiries or requests for information.
