Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of consolidated financial statements, footnotes, and disclosures, ensuring accuracy and compliance with US GAAP.
  • Review of transactions for proper revenue recognition accounting treatment, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Preparation and review of SEC 10-Q, 10-K, and 8-K filings, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Research and resolution of various accounting and SEC reporting issues and inquiries, providing expert guidance to the team.
  • Liaison with external auditors, assisting with the annual audit and quarterly reviews, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Analysis of financial results, creating management reports to inform business decisions.
  • Assistance with internal control policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Research and implementation of new accounting standards, staying up-to-date with industry developments.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or better in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably with multi-tiered consolidations.
  • Experience with consolidated financial systems, internal and external financial reporting, and consolidated financial analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP accounting and auditing standards.
