Develops and motivates staff to achieve common goals. Reports to a California RVP. Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports. Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 8 years of professional/leadership experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
