ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-
Work with members of the Talent Acquisition team, including the Recruiting & College Relations Specialist updating university relations activities on spreadsheets and managing the registration for corporate-sponsored North American college fairs.
Participate in university events, including motor sports representing MAHLE as part of the College Relations team.
Assist the team with Employee Engagement topics such as Diversity initiatives, Performance Management system administration, and Employee Survey processing.
Prepare purchase requisitions and process Talent Management team invoices.
Respond to candidate inquiries indicating potential interest in MAHLE and initiate communications with candidates through utilization of tools and tracking systems.
Work with the Talent Management HR Marketing Specialist in the development of employer branding activities, including social media content development and career fairs utilizing social media platforms.
Coordinate special projects and attend events as assigned.
Other duties may be assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Preferred Sophomore or Junior class standing - pursuing a Bachelors degree in Human Resources or Business from a four year college or university
Must possess good communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
Attention to detail
Independent problem solving, self-motivated and hard working
Social media knowledge
Ability to work 25-40 hours per week.
Local travel with/without overnight stay may be required
