In the Senior Recruiter position, you will partner directly with the Head of Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to deliver outstanding candidates across a multitude of departments. This is an opportunity to work with one of the fastest growing, most innovative organizations in the MarTech space. Responsibilities:
  • Build and foster strong relationships/partnerships with leaders & stakeholders across the globe.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify and clarify job specifications.
  • Update job descriptions and ensure relevant systems are updated with new job descriptions as needed.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using various job portals and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Identify and create pipelines of external talent who possess the relevant skills and experience to be considered potential candidates for future open positions.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Manage candidate activity within Lever Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Establish and build trusted relationships with internal partners.
Basic Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Recruiter, with a focus on both tech and non-tech roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Excellent outbound sourcing skills and experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
