Embedded Hardware Security Engineer, Mid The Opportunity: As an electrical engineer, you understand the workings behind complex systems. That knowledge is key when it comes to evaluating hardware security implementation in embedded electronics. We are looking for an electrical engineer who can use their skills to support our client by creating new tools and capabilities. We need you, an electrical engineer with an understanding of embedded system design, mobile platforms and architecture, and hardware security concepts to help us design and develop techniques for testing memory subsystems, security subsystems, and debugging interfaces on electronic devices to help develop new capabilities for our client. On our team, you will be part of a mission-oriented engineering group challenged to do the impossible and recover data that may be protected or deleted. You will impact critical missions by applying tools and techniques to reverse engineer embedded systems. Take on exciting challenges with us as we create the tools for cutting-edge capabilities. You Have: 1+ years of experience in software development with C, C++, or Python 1+ years of experience in embedded systems 1+ years of experience with monitoring and capturing system-level buses and interfaces, including I2C, USB, or JTAG Experience with using test equipment, including oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, hardware debuggers, and tools to monitor and analyze hardware Experience with assembly-level microcontroller programming and configuration Top Secret clearance Bachelor's degree in EE, CS, or Computer Engineering Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD).
