Role
The Care Coordinator is responsible for supporting the mission of the Care Department: To provide a Christ-centered refuge of transformation, hope, and support. The Care Coordinator is responsible for department logistics and project management of Congregational Care, Disability Care, and premarital ministry.
Process, match, and track premarital mentoring applications.
Build an infrastructure for Congregational Care. Monitor and manage Care cases and collaborate with staff through our communication tools.
Create, monitor, and manage Disability Ministry, including intake forms and event coordination.
Recruit and manage volunteer base to assist in the vision of Congregational Care and Disability Care.
Excellent administrative and logistical skills
Ability to manage projects
Agility, as this position supports two new ministries
