Opportunity: HR and Administration Coordinator

We are looking for a part-time HR and Administration Coordinator to support our dedicated team at Christopher Care Choosing Life, a prominent behavioral health organization. This position necessitates prior experience in the behavioral health sector and proficiency with BambooHR.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and contracted personnel
  • Update and maintain employee records using the HRIS platform (BambooHR)
  • Ensure compliance with regulations by monitoring and maintaining employment documentation
  • Create, update, and maintain job descriptions and other HR-related documents
  • Coordinate the renewal of expiring staff documents and maintain accurate records
  • Assist management with job postings and new hire requests
  • Handle termination paperwork and finalize payroll details
  • Support management in documenting employee incidents
  • Maintain HR audit files and GSuite accounts
  • Collaborate with accounting to ensure accuracy in payroll and billing
  • Stay updated on labor laws and licensing regulations, revising policies as necessary

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proficient in computer applications
  • Effective multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Preferred experience in behavioral health and knowledge of DHCS licensing requirements
