Position Summary:The Director, Finance will oversee complex revenue accounting and reportingactivities within Accounting and Finance, ensure compliance withSarbanes-Oxley ("SOX"), ensure timely and accurate consolidation ofTravere Therapeutics' subsidiaries, and oversee all intercompany transactions. Responsibilities:Ensure accurate and timely revenue recognition in accordance with ASC 606standards.Performs monthly revenue accounting, including determining gross-to-netadjustments and preforming revenue and accounts receivable journal entries andaccount reconciliations.Provide leadership and guidance on complex revenue transactions and contractreviews.Develop and maintain strong internal controls over the revenue accountingprocesses.Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports related to revenue.Stay abreast of industry changes in revenue accounting standards and implementnecessary updates to company practices.Collaborate with external auditors during the annual audit and quarterlyreviews.Provide leadership for the international accounting team and ensureconsolidation and statutory financial statements are completed timely andaccurately.Support SEC reporting team in the preparation of 10-Q, 10-K, and ProxyPrepare and review journal entries account reconciliations to support theaccounting close and reporting as appropriate.Be a valued business partner to IR, FP&A, Legal Commercial, and Taxfor revenue reporting considerations, external reporting, andinternational considerations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline accounting processes.Provides quality control support in the review of monthly Company equity planactivity.Prepares annual SOX scoping analysis and facilitates SOX testing process incoordination with 3rd party SOX consultants. Education/Experience Requirements:Bachelor's degree in accounting or relevant discipline; CPA and Big 4experience strongly preferred.Minimum of 10 years relevant work experience in ASC 606 revenue reportingrequirements, pharmaceutical commercial revenue recognition, andinternational accountingInternational consolidation process and working with multiple currencies,statutory accounts and IFRS within an ERP system.Strong understanding of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirementsStrong understanding of SOX/ internal controlsMorgan Stanley/ E*TRADE Equity Edge stock administration platform, JDE,Adaptive and Workiva experience a plus10 of years' experience required in Biotech or Pharmaceutical industry.
