You'll work closely with sales and marketing to align objectives, ensuring seamless follow-up on leads generated from our campaigns.If you're a detail-oriented marketer with a passion for data and process optimization, join us in driving our brand's growth.ResponsibilitiesBuild, test, and execute marketing campaigns using various channels (email, social, digital)Administer the HubSpot marketing automation system, including workflows, emails, landing pages, and list imports.Build and manage marketing projects including event logistics with precision, using scalable playbooks.Campaign reporting that provides valuable insights into the campaigns including events success and measure performance.Implement the defined goals and success metrics for marketing programs, providing reporting to monitor MQLs, SQLs in sales pipeline by stage and ARR, and measure KPIs.Maintain database hygiene, perform data migrations, and create list segments.Communicate with sales and sales development for effective marketing campaign follow-up.Ensure compliance with privacy and communication regulations.Requirements and skillsFamiliarity with marketing automation software (HubSpot preferred) with the ability to understand the data and report on marketing analytics.Work closely with Sales operations to administer marketing automation within Hubspot.Experience in supporting sales and marketing in a SaaS company.Detail-oriented, self-reliant, and process-driven mindset.Ability to work independently with excellent communication skills.BenefitsLevel Data offers group health insurance benefits to all eligible employees effective on their date of hire.
