Description du poste
Ladministrateur(rice)
des baux commerciaux devra superviser la gestion et ladministration de notre portefeuille de baux de lentreprise. Le ou la candidat(e) idal(e) aura une solide comprhension des contrats de location, dexcellentes comptences organisationnelles et la capacit communiquer efficacement avec les parties prenantes internes et externes. En tant que membre crucial de notre quipe,
ladministrateur(rice)
des baux commerciaux vrifiera la conformit aux modalits du bail, grera la documentation lie au bail et soutiendra la ngociation des contrats.
Activits principales
Administration des baux :
tenir jour et assurer lexactitude des donnes du bail, y compris les contrats de location, les modifications, les renouvellements et les rsiliations dans un systme ou une base de donnes centraliss.
Conformit du bail :
contrler les obligations de location, les dates limites et les dates cruciales afin dassurer la conformit avec les modalits stipules dans les contrats de location.
Gestion financire :
examiner et analyser les modalits du bail pour faciliter une facturation adquate, le paiement des loyers et les rapprochements des dpenses, en plus dassurer le respect des obligations financires.
Communication et coordination :
collaborer avec divers services internes (lgal, financier, immobilier) afin de traiter les demandes lies aux baux, rsoudre les enjeux et garantir des oprations fluides.
Ngociation des baux :
contribuer aux ngociations des baux, y compris lbauche des documents de location, lexamen des propositions de location et la recommandation de modifications au besoin.
Production de rapports :
prparer des rapports rguliers sur le statut du portefeuille de baux, y compris lexpiration des baux, les indicateurs financiers et autres indicateurs cls de performance.
Optimisation :
identifier les occasions de rationaliser le processus dadministration des baux, damliorer lefficacit et de mettre en uvre des pratiques dexcellence.
Connaissances et comptences ncessaires
Cgep ou diplme dtudes universitaires en finances, en droit, en administration ou dans tout autre domaine pertinent.
Trois (3) ans dexprience de travail dans ladministration des baux.
Bilinguisme franais et anglais.
Solides capacits danalyse et dorganisation.
Matrise de Word et dExcel.
Aisance avec les documents lgaux.
Excellentes aptitudes en communication, en influence, en collaboration et en cration de relations.
Capacit de travailler efficacement dans un environnement au rythme rapide, de haute performance et ax sur les rsultats.

Job Summary
The Corporate Lease Administrator will have to oversee the management and administration of our companys lease portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of lease agreements, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with the internal and external stakeholders. As a key member of our team, the Corporate Lease Administrator will ensure compliance with lease terms, manage lease documentation, and support lease negotiations.
Principal Responsibilities
Lease administration:
maintain accurate and up-to-date lease data, including lease agreements, amendments, renewals, and terminations in a centralized database / system.
Lease compliance:
monitor lease obligations, deadlines, and critical dates to ensure compliance with terms and conditions outlined in lease agreements.
Financial Management:
review and analyze lease terms to facilitate accurate billing, rent payments, expense reconciliations, and ensure adherence to financial obligations.
Communication and Coordination:
collaborate with various internal departments (such as legal, finance, real estate team) to address lease-related queries, resolve issues, and ensure smooth operations.
Lease Negotiations
: assist in lease negotiations, including drafting lease documents, reviewing lease proposals, and recommending changes or modifications as needed.
Reporting:
prepare regular reports on lease portfolio status, including lease expirations, financial metrics, and other key performance indicators.
Process Improvement:
find opportunities to streamline lease administration process, improve efficiency, and implement best practices.
Qualifications & Experience
College or University diploma in finance, legal, administration, or a related field.
Three (3) years of experience working in Lease Administration.
Fluent in both French and English.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Word and Excel.
Possess a facility with legal documents.
Excellent communication, influencing, collaboration, and
relationship-building
skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-performance, and results-driven environment.
