As our new Strategic Accounting Architect, you'll play a pivotal role in sculpting the financial landscape of our organization, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory adherence are at the heart of our operations. Key Duties: Financial: Harmonize the issuance of monthly financial statements, adhering to both GAAP and SAP standards, while orchestrating ad-hoc reporting requests with precision and finesse. Auditing Navigator: Navigate through the preparation and review of our annual audited financial statements, collaborating seamlessly with our external audit partners to ensure a harmonious symphony of financial transparency. Regulatory: Master the art of interpreting evolving accounting guidance and orchestrate clear, logical memos that resonate with both internal leadership and external stakeholders. Collaboration Conductor: Lead the charge in developing and maintaining accounting policies and procedures, fostering a harmonious symphony of financial integrity throughout our organization. Qualifications: Educational Bachelor's degree in Accounting - the cornerstone of your financial virtuosity. Experience Ensemble: 5-7 years of experience, conducting your financial journey through the realms of public accounting and regulatory compliance. GAAP and SAP Virtuosity: Your mastery of GAAP and SAP principles sets the stage for our financial performance, ensuring compliance and transparency are the hallmarks of our operations. Communication Harmony: With excellent verbal and written communication skills, you'll resonate effortlessly with all levels of our organization, crafting a unified vision of financial excellence. Tech: Your proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook - adds the digital crescendo to your financial repertoire.
