We work diligently to understand the needs of our customers so we can help them achieve their financial savings goals.We are committed to bringing talented and motivated people together to help our customers achieve a financially secure future.Role Summary:This individual, as a member of Retirement Participant Support, will provide service support to participants who have questions about their Defined Benefit Pension Plans and Single Premium Annuity plans and will guide them through the retirement process when they are ready to receive their retirement benefit. Retirement Participant Support also handles inquiries from existing retirees who are receiving monthly benefits and assist Group Annuity Plan participants who are looking to possibly annuitize their plans. We also provide support to Regional Office staff requesting audit material, plan information or who has specific questions regarding the retirement process. Responsibilities:Handle participant calls and inquiries. This may include, but is not limited to, plan provisions, forms of annuities, beneficiary changes, bank changes, discussing benefit amounts and assisting the participant with the retirement process from start to finish.Other Day-to-day responsibilities include:Review submitted documents for accuracy and working with the participant to resolve any outstanding issuesProblem solving issues that are preventing paymentCreating and mailing retirement kits and other forms as neededReturning participant calls and following up with them as neededEmailing participants, employers and internal staff.Researching plan provisionsProcess and submit participant and employer requests using the various FIS-OMNI systems - OMNI DC/DB and Omni PayMaintaining associated Salesforce records and initiating Salesforce tasks and cases for the specific tasks that we handle.Collaborate with internal teams, including retirements, Plan DeConversion and Regional Office staff to efficiently handle participant and employer requests.Other Duties as assigned to support the overall workflow of the departmentRequired Qualifications:Ability to handle pressure, prioritize, and multitask during a business dayEffectively manage participant requests: forwarding of forms, requesting of benefit estimate and retirement calculations via FIS workflow, preparation of retirement kits, review of forms for accuracy, follow up with internal teams and participants, confirming requests have been processed and systems updated.Effectively manage requests from internal teams: provide audit material, request scan data, answer questions, provide clarity in procedures and requirements.Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and management.Detail oriented, with the ability to adapt to a changing environment and manage large volume of workCustomer service oriented with strong phone skillsWell organized and ability to work independentlyAbility to work flexible hoursValid driver's licensePreferred Qualifications:Experience working in the retirement plan industryTransactional experience, particularly in client/individual servicesKnowledge of Defined Benefit Pension Plans and/or retirement plansActive Series 6What we offer you: Competitive base salaryAnnual BonusComprehensive Benefits Package (medical, dental, and vision) that starts day one of employment401(k) Match: You will be eligible to receive up to 9% of your pay (salary and incentive compensation) in Company contributions.
