The Deployment Services Team is looking for a Technology Deployment Manager to act as an operations and technology liaison overseeing and running new and existing restaurant technology for the point-of-sale system. The Manager will coordinate between Operations and Technology teams providing interpretation and feedback throughout the lifecycle of a feature request. Accountabilities & Responsibilities: Serve as the point of contact for all business and technology team collaborations involving software technology requests and implementation Coordinate and align with PMO Project Manager for any cross-product initiatives and clarify deployment requirements Create and run project, deployment and communication plans to coordinate initiatives across technology and operations with schedule input from various Manager partner teams Responsible for understanding and identifying risks, issues, potential delays for deployment projects Build and maintain relationships with Business and US Technology team partners and supervise status of any business-as-usual (BAU) activity and stakeholder management Attend Organizational Change Management (OCM) deployment scheduling meeting to provide feedback on conflict check between initiatives and deployment Manage deployment definition of done and measure and report on deployment completion Update and maintain knowledge management repository for team Provide input and feedback to leadership to communicate issues, assist with implementation of changes that will better assist restaurants and customers Demonstrable track record of deployment of solutions into a market 3+ years experience in project management, experience in deployment roll out across network of geographically dispersed and high number of restaurant sites preferred Ability to develop and manage project schedules, communicate deadlines, enforce project deadlines and creatively solve issues Able to work with culturally diverse teams across levels in a global organization and in an extensively outsourced environment Strong stakeholder management and prioritization skills, organized and meticulous Recognize and communicate areas of opportunity for product, process and service improvements QSR Business Experience Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required or work experience equivalent Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and PowerBI desired Superb communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in easy-to-understand business-friendly language Ability to understand business challenges, drive process improvements and translate into solutions Detail-oriented, with excellent analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills Highly self-motivated and directed Excellent time management skills Creative thinker able to look to the future beyond the way things have typically been done
