The Order Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for performing all tasks related to fulfilling orders. This includes: Responsible for all aspects of shipping and receiving Performs quality checks on all products before shipment Pull items from inventory to complete customer orders Prints required paperwork, packs orders, and prepares them for shipment Records shipment data Arranges shipping and delivery with carriers Adheres to ISO processes and work instructions Works with all departments to provide our customers with the best experience possible
