Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Management: Ensure accurate and timely order entry, classification, and processing, including order management, invoicing, and credit management.
  • Logistics and Supply Chain: Coordinate shipments, manage inventory, and oversee logistics distribution duties to ensure efficient and effective order fulfillment.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Business Partnerships: Foster strong relationships with internal teams, including ITPS, Sales, and Engineering, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and effective communication.
  • Quality and Compliance: Work in compliance with the documented quality system, reporting any anomalies, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university/college or 3 years of operational logistics, import/export, and/or customs experience.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, etc.), and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Desired Characteristics: Solid communication and analytical skills, experience working in a cross-functional global team environment, and ability to energize, develop, and build rapport at all levels within the organization.
