Please note, this opportunity is full time hourly position Mon-Fri 8am-5pm at our wonderful and sunny office in Orlando, FL.

About the Role: As a Service Coordinator - Dispatcher, you will be the vital link between our customers and our service technicians. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Answering service calls and addressing customer needs
  • Prioritizing and scheduling service calls efficiently
  • Dispatching technicians to maximize productivity
  • Reviewing technician work orders for accuracy
  • Assisting with timely and accurate billing
What We're Looking For:
  • Prior dispatch experience is a plus
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Bilingual Spanish/English skills are a bonus
