Villatel, a leader in the hospitality sector, is seeking a Hospitality Services Representative. This role is essential in delivering outstanding guest experiences across our diverse resort locations.


Key Responsibilities

Guest Engagement:
Facilitate check-in and check-out processes while providing comprehensive information about resort facilities, services, and nearby attractions.

Concierge Support:

Serve as a knowledgeable resource for guests, offering recommendations for dining, entertainment, and activities, and managing reservations or transportation as needed.


Guest Support:

Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and courteous manner, whether in person, by phone, or through digital communication.


Interdepartmental Coordination:

Work closely with operations, maintenance, dispatch, and housekeeping teams to fulfill guest requests, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless guest experience.


Maintenance Coordination:
Collaborate with maintenance staff to address guest room maintenance concerns, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal disruption to guests.

Dispatch Liaison:

Communicate with dispatch personnel to relay guest requests, prioritize tasks, and effectively allocate resources to meet service demands.


Housekeeping Collaboration:
Assist housekeeping teams with guest room inspections, ensuring cleanliness standards are upheld and any deficiencies are promptly addressed.
Guest Feedback Collection:

Gather feedback from guests regarding their stay, actively listen to their concerns or suggestions, and communicate relevant information to management and appropriate departments for follow-up.


Administrative Responsibilities:

Execute various administrative tasks, including managing guest documentation, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records of guest interactions and service requests.


Qualifications

Experience in Hospitality:

Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences.


Effective Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting professionally and effectively with guests and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.


Problem-Solving Skills:

Strong analytical skills and the ability to think quickly to address guest inquiries or resolve issues efficiently.


Team Collaboration:
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and departments to achieve shared objectives and ensure guest satisfaction.

Attention to Detail:

Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in guest bookings, payments, and service requests, as well as in maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards.


Flexibility:

Willingness to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of guests and the operational requirements of the resort.


Customer-Centric Approach:

A genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations through personalized service and meticulous attention to detail.




PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

The Hospitality Services Representative is expected to perform the functions of this position with or without accommodation. Villatel reserves the right to modify or assign additional job duties as necessary.
