Registered Nurse

to:

Work in an interdisciplinary team developing, implementing, and evaluating standards of care and/or protocols to improve patient care, practice and/or systems with the Stroke Program.

Collaborate with clinical leaders to ensure a well-coordinated, multidisciplinary program of care and education across settings.

Integrate related research into practice.

Initiate and participate in stroke care research.

Identify key programmatic outcomes specific to stroke self-care management, analyzing current educational initiatives, planning for improvements, and systematically integrating them into practice to ensure patient learning and promote improved clinical outcomes.

Bachelor of Science in Nursing

Work Experience :

– Two (2) years of relevant clinical nursing experience
