Objectives of this role

The Associate Marketing Project Manager, with the support of the Director of Marketing Operations, will play an integral role to facilitate and support efficient marketing processes to become a simpler, stronger, and faster for greater commercial impact and effectiveness. The role will work with the across marketing teams including Product, Brand, Insights, Communication, Engineering, and touch cross-functional departments that interact with these areas.

Duties And Responsibilities

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT Coordinate documentation of stage gate sign-off and program financial Be the marketing expert and own New Product Development (NPD) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools Help build marketing technology proficiency of new and current team members Analyze process of NPD and PLM processes and identify bottlenecks with recommend solutions to streamline Assist with new item/stock keeping unit (SKU) setup as needed CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT Coordinate creative brief kickoffs meetings, creative reviews, and for key initiatives. Assist in the process for Corporate Presentations for the PM team. Guide approval tools and process for internal creative Support brand audits of assets, content, and campaigns ensuring brand accuracy, consistency, and adherence WORKFLOW OPTIMIZATION Help ensure accurate data collection, tracking, and reporting Assist in key marketing functions that include: SKU Assortment Rationalization – overall process, alignment, and execution Value Add Value Engineering (VAVE) – alignment between engineering, product managers and finance Product Strategy - deliverables for product roads, cornerstone, and foundational SKUs

Required Experience

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field or equivalent experience 2 or more years of marketing/project management experience or similar role, ideally in consumer products or marketing services company Proactive problem solver with a strong attention to details Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong Microsoft Excel, Teams, PowerPoint skills

Preferred Qualifications

Professional certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) a plus Knowledge of Atlassian software programs of Jira or Centric also a plus

Expectations

In addition to a compassionate and reliable disposition, the Associate Marketing Project Manager is expected to maintain a professional attitude at all times. Hybrid in office Tue/Wed/Thu at our Rancho Cucamonga, CA or Hudson, MA office.

Salary Range

$60k - $85k annually, dependent on experience
