About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Program Manager to join our team at Inland Empire Health Plan. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end lifecycle of moderate complexity, multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Consult with business units to determine key marketing initiatives and prioritize based on overall organizational strategic goals.
  • Lead Marketing Campaigns: Implement marketing strategies by ensuring initiatives are measurable and aligned with business goals while navigating a heavily regulated environment.
  • Manage Marketing Timelines: Support the strategy and lead planning for assigned marketing programs and phases across the entire consumer lifecycle.
  • Oversee Budget and ROI: Manage complex, high-priority business questions and inquiries and identifies and creates customer and market insights that can drive solutions.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with a large group of stakeholders across Marketing and IEHP business units to identify and ensure functional specifications and requirement documents are met.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field from an accredited institution required. Master's degree from an accredited institution preferred.
  • Marketing Experience: A minimum of five (5) years of marketing or advertising agency account management with demonstrated experience managing complex projects in a cross-functional environment.
  • Key Qualifications: Expert knowledge of project management and cross-departmental coordination. Knowledge of marketing principles and practices, and an understanding of and sensitivity to a multi-cultural environment and community.
Work Environment

This position is on a hybrid work schedule. (Mon & Fri - remote, Tues - Thurs onsite in Rancho Cucamonga, CA)

Pay Range

USD $50.99/Hr.
