JOB DESCRIPTION
XPEL, Inc.
(NASDAQ: XPEL), a leading supplier of automotivepaint protection films, window films, ceramiccoatings and commercial/residential flat glass film, is currentlyseeking a Global PayrollAnalyst based in its San Antonio, TX corporate headquarters.
Summary
The Global PayrollAnalyst will take the lead on globalpayroll system implementation, 3rd party system integration, and acquisitions, fora growing company in 13 countries.
Core Duties
· Perform payroll systemadministration and maintenance, set up and changes in Workday and integrated systems
· Manage payrollprojects including global payrollsystem sourcing, implementation, 3rd party system integration, and acquisitions
· Performmanipulation of largeamounts of data
· Create standard, ad hoc, and custom reportsas requested to meet the needs of the organization.
(Workday reporting experience preferred)
· Analyze, document and update processeswith functions to increase efficiency and reduceduplication of work
· Conduct systemtraining for payrollteam members andemployees
· Gain understanding of all payrollprocesses in 13 countries (and counting)
· Provides operational, administrative, technical and analytical support necessary to globalpayroll in 13 countries (23 payrolls per month)
· Serve as cross-functional liaisonbetween payroll and other departments such as Accountingand Tax
· Recommend process improvements and innovative solutions
· Assist or coordinate with external/internal audits
BasicQualifications
· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university preferred, or equivalent relatedexperience.
· Minimum 5 years of in-housecorporate payroll experience
· Workday HCM/Payroll processing experience (Workday Pro Certification a plus)
· Payroll/3rd party systemimplementation and integration
· Strong understanding of payroll laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
· Advanced Excel skills,including Pivot Tables,Vlookups, and other formulas
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, whilenavigating ambiguity and remaining agile
· Ability to effectively organize, plan, control,and prioritize work/projects. Ability to regularly communicate progress toappropriate stakeholders.
· Strong business acumenand the abilityto influence and develop strongworking relationships withall levels of employees, including human resources colleagues and senior levelmanagement and/or executives.
· Possess high critical thinkingand analytical skills
· Demonstrates excellent time management and organizational skills
· Unquestionable integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information required.
· Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
