The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required. Responsibilities include up to and not limited to the following: Support with daily international trade issues to ensure compliance with applicable export control laws, customs regulations, and applicable trade sanctions. Support in the implementation and enforcement of DMG MORI’s export control compliance program. Support in the administration of the CTPAT program. Screen business partners, visitors, and other third parties against denied party lists. Maintain records of export customer certifications, requirements, and requests. Manage recordkeeping and department files. Assist research efforts as needed for trade compliance. Support in the development and maintenance of the organization’s internal trade compliance program site. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree required US Person Status required Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) required Competencies include:

Interest in and ability to read through regulations Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate and interact effectively with customers and colleagues from a wide variety of functions and cultures Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with all levels of the Company Ability to manage multiple projects with competing and changing deadlines and priorities Strong work ethic and sense of accountability, and able to work well under pressure with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications: General understanding of export control regimes Familiarity with supply chain, CBP, and OGA (FCC, FDA, USDA, etc.) procedures Experience working within or implementing trade compliance programs

a plus Work Environment: A general office environment will be experienced. There will be periodic exposure to manufacturing environments which may present hazards such as noise, electricity, chemicals, heavy equipment, and other automated and manual machinery. Physical Demands: Frequent: Sitting at desk, utilizing computers and phones, standing and walking. Periodic: Repetitive foot, leg, hand, arm, shoulder, and torso movements.
