We are expanding our Global Operations Team and are searching for a Pharmaceutical/Life Science Proposal, RFP and Service Delivery Manager. The Pharmaceutical/Life Science Proposal, RFP and Service Delivery Manager role is a strategic member of the Global Operations Team reporting to the Senior Vice President of Global Operations. The position will be client facing and will interact at all levels of client and Alphanumeric management. **Responsibilities:** * Supports the sales team by engaging in client meetings to understand, interpret, and translate client requirements into an appropriate solution design * Develop strategic and innovative solutions that align with client objectives * Develop and maintain relationships with varying levels of life science and pharmaceutical clients * Provide guidance to the Operations Management Team on the latest in HCP and Patient engagement methodologies to ensure continuous service model innovation * Provide leadership as single point of contact on solution definition and pricing strategies in pursuit of new business within the life science and pharmaceutical markets *

Facilitate the transfer to implementation and operations once a new business opportunity is won * Will prepare the opportunity cost, implementation schedule, and required staffing plan for complex service opportunities involving contact center support for clinical trials, med-info, vaccine support, and patient engagement * Will interface with the operations delivery team to ensure clear understanding of assumptions related to solution definition in the pursuit of new business * Drive the solution review and approval process to ensure proper sign-off on solution from key internal stakeholders such as operations, financial, legal and compliance, and executive management prior to proposal submission * Assist sales team in preparation of proposal content, presentations, or Orals prep * Assist in the alignment of final proposed solution to include statement of works, budget, implementation schedules, and any other contractually required documentation * Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of key HCP & Patient engagement trends, maintain knowledge of emerging digital transformation capabilities, market intelligence, competition, and pricing * Work with sales and marketing to develop win themes and identify competitive differentiators during new business pursuit activities **Basic Qualifications:** * Bachelors degree or higher * Minimum 5 years of experience in the life science and pharmaceutical industry creating innovative solutions involving HCP and Patient Engagement * Minimum 5 years of experience with Solution Design, Resourcing, and solution pricing * Minimum 5 years of experience building contact center solutions and defining resourcing strategies based on client requirements and the use of Erlang FTE modeling techniques * Minimum 5 years of experience finding unique solutions to business problems, and providing strategic leadership of service delivery innovations and continuous value add improvements * Minimum 3 years of experience managing multiple complex business opportunity pursuits * Minimum 3 years of experience leading teams with multiple client stakeholder groups and managing solution expectations of multiple stakeholders **Industry Knowledge:** (Minimum 3 years of experience in life sciences or pharmaceutical industries across a selection of the following domains) * HCP/Patient engagement/services * Patient adherence solutions * Reimbursement support * Patient outcome optimization * Hub services (includes Workforce Management) * HCP/Patient Med-info support * Clinical trial support * Vaccine Program Support * Medical Writing * Pharmacovigilance Process **Professional Skills:** * Excellent Communication Skills (written and oral) * Proven ability to interact at all levels of client environment * Proven ability to think critically and strategically * Ability to work independently in a fasted paced environment * Excellent leadership skills * Business development skills * Proven ability to create innovative HCP/Patient engagement solutions * Proven ability to define winning solution and pricing strategies in pursuit of new business acquisition
