Assist in the management of Client's warehouse system, as well as coordinating between planners and ERP application engineers. Day to Day Responsibilities: Assist team of engineers to provide production support and troubleshooting for 24/7 manufacturing operation. Work with production associates, technicians, and engineers to ensure reliable equipment operation via automated control systems and user interfaces. Support process and product optimization/improvement efforts. Some after hours, on-call support may be needed. Required Education & Experience: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, or Associate’s Degree with 2-3 years of experience 1-3 years in a technical role, support role or relevant experience is ideal Desired Skills: Some knowledge of databases and SQL is strongly desired Helpdesk experience MS Windows and Microsoft Office. Experience in production support in a manufacturing environment Problem-solving and debugging skills; ability to understand real needs behind operations requests Education: Bachelors Degree
