Leverage data and reporting to understand and communicate recruiting metrics. Own and drive all administrative aspects of the recruiting workflow from drafting and posting job descriptions to scheduling interviews, drafting offers, etc. What You’ll Bring to the Team: Recruiting Strategy: You have a proven track record of exceeding expectations in fast paced, successful and innovative organizations. Awesome Sourcing Skills: you’re a pro with Boolean searches and know how to use the internet to your advantage. Go-Getter: You always work at warp speed and are willing to go the extra mile. How to Qualify: You have 5+ years of full cycle technical sales recruiting experience. You bring 8+ years of full cycle recruiting experience. Previous experience recruiting for a technology company is highly preferred. Experience using an ATS for strategic sourcing campaigns and reporting. Experience with Office 365, Excel, One Note, Sharepoint, Teams, etc. Compensation: The base salary range for this full-time position in the US is $105,000 to $125,000 annually + bonuses + benefits. Please note that the base pay offered may vary within the range depending on a wide array of factors including work location, job related knowledge/skills, relevant education/training, and level of experience.
