Summaryof Position: Thisposition will be responsible for a broad range of financial & analyticalduties, including but not limited to customer payment application, salesbilling, operating expense journal, and account reconciliations. This positionwill play a key role in providing support to Sales, Customer Service andOperations with quality accounting information to drive business performance.The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and leadership skills with ahigh level of interpersonal skills and able to work across departments.

Key JobResponsibilities:
•Independentlyperform accounting functions necessary to achieve accurate and timely generalledger month-end close
•Compileand analyze financial information to prepare journal entries and accruals;Ability to research, identify and resolve accounting issues
•Ensuretransactions are recorded, documented, reviewed, and supported in accordancewith company policies and controls
•Responsiblefor daily cash function including daily cash deposit input, ACH and CC payment,credit memo, customer refund and bank reconciliation.
•Keysupport to our Sales Rep, Customer Service and Sales Operations on SO andcustomer-related inquiries
•Participatein customer billing and RMA processing for wholesale and retail customers
•Participatein reconciling customer deposit and other cash- or merchandise-related generalledger and balance sheet accounts monthly
•Developand implement accounting procedures and recommending process changes andimprovements
•Participatein special projects and prepare ad-hoc reports as required

Qualifications:
•Bachelor's Degree in Accounting orFinance required
•Minimum 2 years of experience inAccounting
•Demonstrates progression throughouttheir career, supervisory experience a plus
•Strong analytical and problem-solvingskills; High level of attention to detail
•Must be self-directed and work withminimum supervision
•Able to interact with various levelsof management with excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Effectively prioritize workload;Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
•High energy, willingness to work thehours required to hit deadlines
•Strong system skills includingMicrosoft Excel, GL, reporting software and database skills
•Strong team-player and lead by example
