The Manufacturing Engineer will report to the Director of Operations.Primary Duties and Responsibilities:Maintain product set up and documentation including part numbers, part descriptions, BOMs, labor rates, etc.Maintain engineering change noticesConduct time studies, determining manufacturing process times and capacitiesUtilize product drawings, specifications, and other engineering data to develop processesSupport manufacturing operations such as: tooling, stamping, perforating, forming, and weldingDetermine the sequence of steps in manufacturing processes, such as: manufacturing costing, fabrication and assembly, along with all elements required to complete product development while meeting safety, quality, and cost goalsPosition Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fieldFive years of engineering experience preferredPrevious Stamping and/or Tool & Die experience preferredStrong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a timely mannerCompetency Measurements:Show Initiative:Identifies what needs to be done and does it.
