Job Summary: The Customer Service Representative shall primarily ensure our customers have a positive experience with our company and resolve any emerging issues that arise with accuracy, efficiency and integrity. You will start by learning our business from day one and will be entrusted to serve as the voice of HonestMed to our customers, business partners, and behind the scenes operations. This is an opportunity to get on the ground level of one of the fastest growing businesses in the medical retail space. This is a prominent customer-facing role in the company. The right candidate will have an honest approach to how they interact with others, an infectious personality, and a desire to engage in meaningful conversation with our customers.

Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities:

   Work directly with customers' inquiries, questions and concerns that involve a variety of reasons ranging from helping them shop for the right medical product, providing more information on products that we carry, or even problem-solving when everything doesn’t go as planned. This will be through inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and live chats

       Research and problem solve to determine appropriate solutions for the customer and follow-up as needed to resolve issues

       Compose emails for various internal departments, business partners, and customers in a professional manner

       Administer and maintain customer records with attention to detail

       Manage customer return requests and subsequent refunds

       Oversee back orders and late orders

       Address any negative reviews on Amazon, Walmart, eBay, honestmed.com and Google Business

       Greet new walk-in customers with a professional and positive attitude

       Go above and beyond to “Wow” our customers. We’re looking for someone who can think critically and engage with our customers to help them find the right product, set up their account, track down orders and sometimes get creative with solutions

       Operate with a willingness to learn, open to feedback and demonstrate a desire to make an impact for the company every day

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

       Excellent written and verbal communication skills in addition to interpersonal skills

       Strong multitasking and attention to detail skills required; proactive by nature, looks ahead to anticipate where they can be helpful

       Ability to problem solve

       Results-oriented with the ability to change priorities as needed

       Conducts activities with a positive outlook and a good energy level

       Highly organized and detail oriented, responds to situations in a timely manner

       Is engaged with our brand and our business and desires to learn more; generally curious and asks good questions

       Strong Typing skills (38-40 WPM minimum)

       Ability to productively adapt to change in accordance with the business needs of the department

       Have a passion for helping others

Required Education and Experience:

       High school diploma or equivalent is required

       1-2 years experience working in a customer focused environment

       Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel

       Experience with e-Commerce and data entry preferred

       Full-time hours, Saturday – Wednesday (Thursdays & Fridays off)

       Ability to work extended hours as necessary in case of emergencies
