Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service through friendly and helpful interactions
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist customers with product selection and ordering
  • Prepare and process orders, including shipping and delivery information
  • Coordinate with the Yard to check inventory quantities and update stock levels
  • Communicate with customers, Yard personnel, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and ability to learn new software
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and reports
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position with a regular schedule, Monday to Friday, 8-hour shift. The physical demands of this role include standing and/or sitting for up to 8 hours per day, typing on computers and viewing computer monitors for up to 8 hours per day, and moving files and records up to 10 pounds from ground level to 5 feet high.

We follow current CDC guidelines for COVID-19 precautions.
