Regional Accounts Manager

Job DescriptionOur client, a leading dairy products company, is looking for a Regional Accounts Manager with solid Sales experience. Specifically, we are seeking an individual who is able to handle the following responsibilities:1) Develop and execute plans and prioritized initiatives to routinely exceed annual sales goals2) Identify and routinely meet with key decision-makers and influential sales personnel of major customers and prospects to implement sales plans3) Focus sales efforts throughout the MSGAN market to secure the business of large dairies4) Identify and routinely meet with key dairy technical influencers including independent and feed company nutritionists, dairy veterinarians and other industry manufacturers to develop positive relationships while coordinating closely with the MSGAN Technical Team5) Lead, coordinate and communicate all pertinent customer and prospect information and activity to MSGAN stakeholders6) Direct and support presentation and promotional materials as appropriate to facilitate product sales7) Communicate to MSGAN Team and Management all competitor activities, new products and industry directions8) Coordinate with the MSGAN Customer Satisfaction Team the timely resolution of all product and service issues9) Perform special projects and other responsibilities as neededCritical Requirements1) A university degree is required. Although all candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those with degrees in a relevant field2) Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory (no students or fresh graduates please)3) Recent experience in the dairy products industry is strongly preferred4) Preference will be given to candidates with recent experience as sales managerThis position is critical to the team and requires a talent who is both driven and highly skilled.
