As a Customer Service Representative, you will: Process, track & expedite customer orders, verifying for accuracy Address shipment & delivery inquiries Conduct phone work with clients, internal sales and service representatives Enter and manage data in software system Follow up as appropriate, internally and externally, providing excellent communication and service Maintain excellent records Partner with others throughout the company to ensure successful processes Coordinate special project tasks Who we’re looking for: Experience in sales &/or customer service Ability to understand customers’ needs & relate to production processes Strong written and verbal communication and human relations skills Demonstrated excellence in organization and time management skills Must be computer literate Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop Must maintain a positive attitude Excellent project coordination skills Commitment to service Ability to assess client needs Willingness to learn Ability to work well with ever-changing priorities and/or situations Must be high energy, self-starter Willingness to go above & beyond to ensure superiors support of both internal & external customers What’s in it for you?
