Responsibilities
•Create new job entries by inputting information from incoming Dispatch emails and uploading bid letters.
•Assist with managing Purchase Orders by updating the Divvy site and ensuring BuildOps is kept current.
•Handle Certificate of Insurance requests and aid in the yearly renewals process.
•Monitor phone calls, take messages, and dispatch service requests promptly.
•Manage Panel Schedules efficiently.
•Schedule and coordinate the rental equipment, as needed.
•Collaborate with other departments to meet deadlines and address any need for additional workforce.
•Maintain accurate records of work completed, including dispatch logs, service orders, and repair orders.
•Keep open communication with field technicians and dispatchers to ensure timely service delivery.
•Identify and document customer service requests accurately.
•Record service calls and work orders in the database system or paper logs.
•Organize technician schedules to ensure timely completion of all tasks.
•Communicate directly with customers to schedule appointments, address inquiries, and provide information about company services.
Qualifications
•As a successful candidate, you have well-rounded communication skills and have 3 or more years of experience in Customer Service relations and service calls.
•Must be comfortable with making and receiving phone calls.
•Must be familiar with Outlook and Microsoft applications.
•Have a history of reliability with work.
•Must be able to handle multiple tasks with ease.
•Have excellent attention to detail.
•Must have reliable transportation.
•Have a valid driver's license.
