Overview:

Plymouth Engineering, Inc., a reputable engineering firm, is currently seeking a dedicated Civil/Site Engineer/Project Manager to oversee and manage various projects. The ideal candidate will have 5-15 years' experience with a strong background in planning, design development, design and permitting of municipal infrastructure, residential development and commercial development projects. This position offers the opportunity to lead projects from inception to completion and contribute to the success of our team. A BS in Civil Engineering and a PE license is required.

Duties:

Manage and coordinate all aspects of various projects from planning to execution.

Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion.

Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to meet project goals.

Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.

Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports and technical specifications.

Utilize project management tools to track milestones and deliverables.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project status.

Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a PE license.

Proven experience in construction estimating, project management, and system design.

Strong background in mechanical engineering, hydraulics, and build processes.

Proficiency in technical writing for creating detailed project documentation.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
