Funciones y Responsabilidades Esenciales

  • Barrer o aspirar y/o trapear suelos de superficie dura y alfombras.
  • Limpiar superficies de trabajo, otros muebles y superficies horizontales y verticales.
  • Limpiar paredes, puertas, adornos de pared, zcalos, etc.
  • Limpiar baos, incluyendo inodoros, urinarios, divisiones, lavabos, mostradores, espejos, suelos y paredes.
  • Reponer suministros en baos, salas de descanso y cocina.
  • Limpiar cristales de entrada y otros cristales interiores.
  • Retirar la basura de los contenedores y reemplazar las bolsas rotas o sucias.
  • Informar al supervisor sobre problemas de mantenimiento de edificios y equipos.
  • Llegar puntualmente al trabajo (ubicacin del cliente), realizar los servicios segn los estndares establecidos y asegurarse de que las instalaciones del cliente estn cerradas y aseguradas cuando termine y se vaya.
  • Responder de manera positiva y rpida a las rdenes de trabajo del cliente.
  • Cumplir con todas las polticas y procedimientos de seguridad relacionados con la realizacin de tareas, el uso de productos o suministros y la notificacin de incidentes.

  • Detallista: presta atencin a los detalles en cada ubicacin del cliente, prestando especial atencin a las solicitudes especiales.
  • Amable y Profesional: capaz de tratar con los clientes cuando estn en el lugar mientras se realiza la limpieza.
  • Trabajo en equipo: capacidad para trabajar en equipo donde los miembros dependen mutuamente para completar el trabajo.
  • Iniciativa propia: capaz de identificar el trabajo que debe realizarse y hacerlo sin necesidad de que se le indique.
  • Motivacin propia: deseo de aprender, buscar nuevos desafos y asumir responsabilidades adicionales.
  • Eficiencia: capacidad para encontrar la mejor y ms rpida manera de realizar el trabajo sin comprometer la calidad.
Educacin, Certificaciones y/o Experiencia
  • Se prefiere tener un diploma de escuela secundaria, pero no es necesario.
  • Se requiere tener cualquier tipo de experiencia en limpieza.
Habilidades Lingsticas
  • Capacidad para hablar y escribir en ingls O espaol con fluidez y transmitir informacin entre el equipo, los clientes y el personal de oficina.
Entorno de Trabajo
  • Las demandas fsicas incluyen caminar y estar de pie, subir, doblarse, arrodillarse, empujar y tirar de objetos, levantar y mover objetos, doblarse y levantar repetidamente, y movimientos repetitivos de brazos.
  • Se requiere viajar hacia/desde la ubicacin del cliente.
  • Deben usarse uniformes durante las horas de trabajo
